Delivery times
We ship orders quickly, because we know that a spare part needs to be installed, not in transit.
- Italy: delivery in 24/48 hours from shipment for items available in stock.
- European Union: estimated delivery within 7 working days.
Times are calculated from when the courier takes charge and may vary for made-to-order items, peak seasons, or causes beyond our control.
Couriers
We rely on GLS and Poste Italiane. The courier used depends on the destination and the type of item (dimensions, weight, bulk).
Shipping costs
The exact cost is calculated and shown at checkout, based on the destination. Before confirming, you will always see the final amount, with no surprises.
Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking code via email to follow the shipment until delivery. We recommend checking your spam folder if you do not find it in your inbox.
