24-month legal warranty

All items purchased by a consumer from Vassura Ricambi are covered by a 24-month legal conformity warranty, in accordance with current regulations. The warranty protects against conformity defects present at the time of delivery and that manifest within the specified period.

What it covers

Conformity defects: product not matching the order or not functioning as it should.
Manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.

What it does not cover

Normal wear and tear of the component due to use, particularly in racing and competitive environments.
Damage from incorrect assembly, improper use, accidents, or tampering.
Use not compliant with technical specifications or category regulations.

Many high-performance spare parts are designed for heavy-duty use: always check compatibility and intended use before assembly, or ask us for confirmation.

How to activate the warranty

Write to info@vassuraricambi.it indicating your order number and describing the problem.
Attach photos or videos of the defect if possible: they help us assess more quickly.
Follow the instructions we will provide for verification and eventual return of the product.

Always keep your order confirmation and receipt: they serve as proof of purchase.
