Returns within 30 days

If an item is not suitable for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The product must be intact, unassembled, and unused, complete with original packaging, labels, and any accessories. Installed or altered spare parts cannot be accepted for obvious safety and technical hygiene reasons.

How to make a return

Write to info@vassuraricambi.it indicating the order number and items to be returned.
Receive instructions and the address to which to send the package from us.
Carefully pack the product, protecting it as it was at the time of purchase.
Entrust the package to the courier and keep the shipping receipt.

Refund

Once the return has been received and verified, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Actual crediting times may depend on the payment circuit or the bank.

Right of withdrawal

For purchases made as a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal according to the law. Our 30-day return policy is broader than the minimum required. The full conditions are reported in the Terms & Conditions.
